❧ How long will my order will take to ship ? ☙
Usually listings on my shop are already ready-to-ship, wich means it will take me up to 3 days to ship your order.
❧ When will i receive my order ? ☙
It really depends of the delivery company, from experience but here's my estimation :
France : up to 5 days
Europe : 1 week and a half at most
US : 2/5 weeks
Australia : 3 weeks
Either way your order is always sent with a tracking number so you'll know when it will arrive !

There may be conversion fees too if you don't use euros. --
❧ Can i ask for a refund ? ☙
I understand there may be changes which may lead to a cancellation, if the order is not shipped yet i can cancel the order ! If it is you may have to ship it back to me ( i will send you a shipping label ) and when i get it back i will process the refund. It is possible to refund up to 14 days after the tracking number notifies me the order has been successfully shipped to you.❧ Can i ask for a custom plush with my own design ? ☙
Of course ! There's commission slots available if you want a customised plush :)
Just fill the contact form or buy a slot and i will contact you to talk about your custom plush.
❧ How long will a custom plush take ? ☙
It really depends on the complexity of the asked design, if i already have the base plushie, etc... If i already have a base it can take a week.
